Welcome to our tourism services. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All tour bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment of 5% and confirmed air ticket copy before 30 days. Once its received, your tour dates, vehicle, and services will be reserved. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the tour as agreed. If its cash it should be only LKR/USD/EURO.

2. Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer, online payment methods, or cash before start the tour. Prices may be listed in EURO or LKR depending on the package. Any bank transfer charges must be covered by the client.

3.  Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour booking, the following conditions may apply:

– Cancellations made well in advance may receive a partial refund.

– Last 7 days cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges.

– No-shows or cancellations after the tour has started are non-refundable.

4.  Changes to the Itinerary

We always try to follow the planned itinerary. However, changes may occur due to weather conditions, road situations, government regulations, or other unexpected circumstances. In such cases, we will arrange suitable alternatives whenever possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

– Valid passports and visas

– Travel insurance (recommended)

– Following local laws and regulations

– Respecting local culture and traditions

6. Health & Safety

The safety of our guests is very important to us. Clients must follow the instructions of drivers, guides, and tour operators during safaris, hiking, and other activities.

7.  Liability

We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, loss of personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all travelers.

8.  Accommodation & Transport

Hotels and vehicles are arranged according to the selected tour package. In rare situations where a hotel is unavailable, a similar standard hotel will be provided.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share personal details with third parties except when required by law.
